I know, I know... It was 2011 since I last updated my blog. Let's not know the reason why, what's important is... I'm back to share some of my adventures for the last 2 years that I'm no where to be found.

Mambucal Mountain Resort

The Mambukal Mountain Resort has many beautiful sites, both made by man and by Mother Nature. The Hot Springs with sulfuric soda water is one of them.

ts Land Area is over 23.6 hectares, Mambukal is blessed with numerous beautiful natural resources. A huge mountain stream, fed by several water channels, flows down in a series of seven falls and flows through the center of the resort, feeding the swimming pools and boating lagoon.

This can be reach 2-3 hours of walking up and down the mountain in a relatively clean and well maintained trail. The trail up the 6th fall has stairs and steel railings. The steep trail is in between the 4th and 5th falls. You have to ahve good pumping heart to reach the 5th fall. After the 6th fall, the trail is predominantly down hill. You need a guide to reach the 7th fall. A small sari sari store is in between where you can buy your water or bread.

Pope John Paul Building

This is a new Attraction in Bacolod. It houses memorabilia of Pope John Paul’s visit to the Philippines. It is a multi level building. At the top you can see a 360 degree view of the surrounding area. Entrance is P20 and P5 for students.

whitewater rafting is a challenging recreational activity utilizing a raft to navigate a river or other bodies of water. this is usually done on whitewater or different degrees of rough water the purpose of which is to thrill and excite the raft passengers. the development of this activity as a leisure sport has become popular in Cagayan de Oro since then.

it's a team sport you would love to try and enjoy. 24 major rapids, more than enough for the thrill and excitement you've been looking for! fun, adventure, and the great outdoor memories.
