Katibawasan Falls
is a 250 feet waterfall at Mount Timpoong in the island of Camiguin. It
is surrounded with rocks, wild ferns and trees. Aside from the amazing
view, there is an ice cold pool at the bottom of the falls, an ideal
place for cooling down during hot days.
Just a bit south, out of the town center a 4.6km road brings you up.
This is a concrete road except for the last 600m, where it turns into
gravel and mud. If you only want to visit, reserve 1 hour. But it would
be a pity not to swimm in the fresh and clear waters.
